Group & Shuttle Transportation

Moving 10 to 200 people without the chaos

Group transportation fails in the details — staggered arrivals, missing headcounts, a bus at the wrong door. Vellaro assigns one coordinator to your move, builds the manifest and route plan with you, and dispatches with buffer so the schedule holds.

Group work we handle

• Conference and convention shuttles for McCormick Place and hotel clusters
• Employee shuttles — daily, event-based or campus-to-campus
• Sports teams, school groups and church outings
• Family reunions, quinceañeras and multi-generation celebrations
• Airport group transfers with multiple flight arrivals consolidated
• Senior outings with patient, door-through-door assistance

14-passenger Sprinters from $195/hour; larger mini-coaches and full-size charter buses quoted by route and headcount through our partner network. Continuous-loop shuttles are quoted flat by the day.
